This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking extension of time for production of sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5469 of 2020, dated 26.05.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time from today, i.e., 14.08.2020 is granted for production of sureties before the Trial Court, as directed by this Court on 26.05.2020.
