ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused in C.C.No.53 of 2025, on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners have been charged for the offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 127(2), 351(2) of BNS.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into compromise and a Joint Compromise Memo has been filed, wherein the de-facto complainant agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. Today, the de-facto complainant is present in person and he also acknowledges the fact that he has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. In view of the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.53 of 2025 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, is hereby quashed. Consequently, the criminal original 2/4
