ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4734 of 2019 dated 07.06.2019.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that by an order, dated 07.06.2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar had imposed certain conditions on the respondents herein. But, the same was not complied by the respondents. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.This Court is of the view that if the respondents are not complying the order, then the proper course for the petitioner is to approach the concerned Court. But, the petitioner without approaching the concerned Court, had directly filed the present petition with the above said prayer. Since a direction had already been issued by the trial Court, second direction at the hands of this Court will not lie. Hence, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Court with an application to get a report from the Investigating Officer. Depending upon outcome of the same, the petitioner can work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
