ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. With regard to the administration of a Mosque, there was a dispute between the petitioner and the proposed accused persons. While so, the accused persons were threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint on 25.03.2016, which is still pending with the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
