ORDER

Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Though the question as to whether the said representation has any merit or not is to be considered and decided by the second respondent, in view of the fact that the said representation itself was made only on 19.11.2015, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition as the present writ petition is filed seeking for a direction as stated supra, within a period of four days from the date of receipt of filing of such representation. This course of action adopted by the petitioner cannot be entertained as no writ seeking for disposal of representation can be filed just after four days from the date of filing of such representation.

4. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh if so warranted that too after giving sufficient time. No costs.
