CRIME NO.36 OF 2020 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court dated 24.06.2020 in Crl.OP(MD).No. 6488 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.GANGAI AMARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners by order dated 24.06.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioners should report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 08.07.2020.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is, hereby, modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
