ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider her representation dated 01.08.2015, wherein and whereby she sought for continuation of the payment of widow sponsored scheme amount which was originally paid to the petitioner periodically and suddenly stopped without any reason. Therefore, it is for the respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
