ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.3506 of 2026, dated 19.02.2026 and 27.02.2026.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners 2 and 3 have been regularly complying with the condition for a period of 29 days, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners 2 and 3 in toto.
4.Insofar as the first petitioner is concerned, she has complied the condition only for a period of 19 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the first petitioner to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
