O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the road laid by the fifth respondent on the property of the petitioner situated in S.No.41/9 with an extent of 0.33.0 Hectares in Paaraipatti Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that already notification has been issued for acquisition of the subject property and the compensation amount has also been fixed by the competent authority as Rs.12,79,126/-. If the petitioner is able to produce document to establish his right over the property, he will be paid with the amount. 2/4

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent that road has been laid in the property covered by the land acquisition notification, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 14.07.2025 vsm Index : Yes/No To
