This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and his family members and hence there is no question of harassing them by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
