Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.273 of 2017 pending on the file of the 5th respondent police to any other independent agency or officer under the direct supervision of the 3rd respondent and further to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime NO.273 fo 2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police have already filed a closure report before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, on 03.08.2018.

3.In view of the above development liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and workout his remedies. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
