ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 22.01.2022 as against the intimation given by the Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai in Rc.No.21074/NHIS-3/2021, dated 26.10.2021.

3.Since the appeal is yet pending, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time.

4.In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 22.01.2022 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
