O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.25 of 2016, before the concerned forum within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered only on 10.02.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 468 I.P.C.
4. Going by the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that it will take some time to complete the investigation by the second respondent. Hence, the criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation, in Crime No.25 of 2016 and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, as expeditiously as possible.
