2.By an order of this Court, dated 12.01.2023, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, on all Saturday of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

CRL MP(MD) No.5861 of 2023 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions properly. 4.In view of the above fact that the petitioner has not complied with the direction imposed by this Court properly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court, dated 12.01.2023.

5.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
