This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2018 dated 20.02.2018 and to file a final report. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam on 11.05.2018 and the same was not taken on file.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
