*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment in Survey No.2, in Pulivalam Village, Thirumayam Taluk. According to the writ petitioner, on account of the illegal constructions, the water channel have been obstructed. He gave a representation, dated 26.10.2015 in this regard. But, no action has been taken. We direct the third respondent to consider the writ petitioner's representation, dated 26.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
