ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner herein made a complaint to the respondents 2 to 4 with respect to the discrepancies and malpractices said to have been happened in Northamalai Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society. The said complaint has not been looked into despite acknowledgement by the respondents 2 to 4. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, taking note of the pendency of the complaint made by him dated 15.03.2017, we direct the respondent No.2 to look into the same by himself or by other competent authority and pass appropriate orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to furnish a copy of the aforesaid complaint to the second respondent along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 3.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
