ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner complaint dated 03.02.2016 for the offences punishable under Section 294(b), 426, 307 and 506(i) IPC and investigate the same and to file a final report within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had given a complaint dated 03.02.2016 petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
