ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.475 of 2013 dated 19.10.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that departmental proceedings are being taken against the Sub Inspector of Police, against whom, there is a complaint in this case.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
