PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the tender schedules to the petitioners in respect of work Nos.7, 15, 25, 26, 3, 8, 11 and 5 mentioned in the tender notification of the respondent in Tender Notification Na.Ka.No:2318/2014/A2, dated 10.02.2015.

For Petitioners : Mr.D.Senthil For Respondent : Mr.M.Rajarajan Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for a direction to the respondent to furnish the tender schedules to the petitioners in respect of work Nos.7, 15, 25, 26, 3, 8, 11 and 5 mentioned in the tender notification of the respondent in Tender Notification Na.Ka.No:2318/2014/A2, dated 10.02.2015.

2. When these writ petitions were taken up for admission at 11.00 a.m., this Court directed the learned Government Advocate to get necessary instructions from the concerned Officer as to whether they are going to hand over the tender schedules or not. When the matter was called at 1.00 p.m., the learned Government Advocate represented before the Court on telephonic conversation with the Officer that they are ready and willing to give the tender schedule to any one, who participate.

3. Statement given by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. The petitioners will approach the concerned authority today before 3.00 p.m. and the authority will give tender schedule to the petitioners. These writ petitions are closed.
