ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.821 of 2013, dated 11.07.2013 and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report would be filed within a period of four months.
4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
are no legal impediments.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
