ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to register the document, dated 26.05.2015 and return the same. 2.According to the petitioner, even though the said document is a conditional sale deed, yet the same can be registered.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the said document cannot be registered, since two of the items shown in the schedule fall outside the State of Tamil Nadu and also on the reason that the said document itself is a conditional sale, which cannot be registered. He further submitted that the respondent would return the document with such endorsement to the petitioner shortly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, I am of the view that the respondent can state the reasons for
return of the document and if the petitioner is aggrieved against such reasoning, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of by recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader as stated supra. No costs.
