ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur instead of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur in Crl.OP(MD)No.23141 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a typographical error in mentioning the satisfaction Court for executing sureties in the order, dated 16.12.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has also admitted that there is a typographical error in the order, dated 16.12.2025.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections before issuing a copy of the order to the parties concerned.

5. Since this petition is pending, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 23141 of 2025 for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
