This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.56 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 and to file file report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Ramanathapuram, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.56 of 2020 is almost completed and prayed for two months time to file a final report.
