Order : This Revision petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANTO PRINCE G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the respondent, this court made the following order:- 1/3

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to restore the Crl.R.C.(MD) No.47 of 2020, which was dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. The petitioner has filed the revision against the dismissal order passed in C.A.No.95 of 2018.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that main case in D.V.O.P.No.10 of 2018 was already dismissed on 18.07.2022 and hence, no further adjudication is necessary. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
