(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 have jointly made a statement that the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous as the first respondent, vide proceedings dated 10.09.2018, has cancelled the patta. The proceedings dated 10.09.2018 is placed on record.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and placing on record the proceedings dated 10.09.2018 issued by the first respondent, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous.
