This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case and investigate the matter based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.11.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had given a complaint dated 21.11.2015 petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 21.01.2016. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
