ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the Investigation Officer to change the investigation officer in CSR.No.276 of 2023, dated 21.02.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry in this case in CSR.No.276 of 2023 has already been completed and the same was closed.

3. Let the enquiry in CSR.No.276 of 2023 be reopened by the third respondent herein and proceed in accordance with law. Let the petitioner shall appear before the third respondent and co-operate with the enquiry to complete the investigation process and thereafter, further action will be taken by the third respondent. Let the above enquiry be monitored by the 2nd respondent herein.
