O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner passed away. However, the legal heirs of the petitioner have not come forward to represent the case on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs of the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
