ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct a fair and proper investigation in Crime No.74 of 2023, dated 14.04.2023 and to file the final report within the stipulated time as framed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed before the concerned Court on 13.06.2024 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to see that the final report is taken on file before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 27.06.2024 NCC :
