Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2015 regarding the extension of existing Ponnamaravathy Bus Stand in S.F.No. 655/1 to an extent of 0.04.5 Hectares which was already handed over to the third respondent through the proceedings of the first respondent in R.C.No.E5/13698/2000/E5 dated 05.07.2001 and also direct to remove the unused concrete pillars found in the above said land for the smooth transportation of buses in the Ponnamaravathy Bus Stand.
