ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323, 324, 302, 201, 379 of IPC, in 1/3

Crime No.38 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused has committed murder of the defacto complainant's husband due to previous vengeance. 3.Today (16.04.2024), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent strongly opposes for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as he involves in a murder case. The deceased was brutally attacked by the accused persons, thereby he sustained 29 injuries.
