The petitioner sent a complaint to the respondent police and has filed this application to consider his representation and to take appropriate action on his complaint.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was treated as a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.357 of 2023 and the same was also closed on 10.09.2023. He has also furnished a copy to the petitioner.
3.Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate, if any grievance. No costs. 18.04.2024 NCC : Yes / No.
