2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that after investigation in Crime No.7 of 2015, the respondent Police have dropped the further action on 08.12.2015. A copy of the action dropped report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
