ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take disciplinary action against respondents 4 to 7 for reporting falsehood and furnishing false information against the petitioner, who suffered loss of pay and distress. 2.After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, when this Court expressed that this is not a fit case for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prayed permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
