Va./Thiruvi/ 2018 dated 18.08.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the Dravidar Kazhaga youth wing rally function and for public meeting at North Car Street, Thiruvilliputhur scheduled to be held on 27.08.2018.
