O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1259 of 2022, dated 30.03.2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Theni in so far as appearing before the respondent police is concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.6(ii) imposed vide order dated, dated 30.03.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.1259 of 2022, by the Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Karamadai Police Station, Coimbatore District, daily at 10.30 am until further orders". The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
