Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order made in Na.Ka.No.691/E/2016 dated 02.03.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry on the basis of the representation of the petitioners dated 01.03.2016 as per circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent after giving opportunity to the writ petitioners within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.
