ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the bailable warrant that issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai in C.C.No.12 of 2022, the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment made on him.

3. Since there is no harassment made on the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai to recall the warrant.
