ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The first petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1442 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent. The accused in the said case are Hariharaputhiran, Gopalakrishnan and Balakrishnan. The petitioner herein is the wife of Gopalakrishnan. The second petitioner herein is the mother of Gopalakrishnan. The third petitioner is the first petitioner's brother. I wanted to know if in the petition mentioned bank account, there are substantial moneys. It is clarified that only a sum of Rs.10,000/- and odd is lying in the said account and that operation of the said amount is necessary to facilitate the saree business run by the petitioners herein. I am satisfied that by de-freezing the accounts, the investigation is not going to be affected in any manner. It can very well go on. I, therefore, direct the first respondent to de-freeze the petition mentioned bank accounts forthwith and without any delay. 2/4
