ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294 (b),324,506(ii) of I.P.C and section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No. 54 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that due to wordy quarrel the petitioners herein abused and assaulted the defacto complainant and also threatened with dire consequences, hence the case.
3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact the injured sustained grievous injuries in his head and also the fact that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
