ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC r/w. 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No. 60 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 15.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4859 of 2023and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
