Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the order of promotion panel list passed by the respondent vide proceedings in PROC.PDL180/15/N2, dated 14.08.2015. The petitioner is working as Additional Sub Treasury Officer. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was imposed with a penalty of censure by an order dated 12.02.2014. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that her name is not included in the panel of Sub Treasury Officers / Additional Sub Treasury Officers / Superintendents for promotion to the post of Assistant Treasury Officers / Senior Superintendents in the proceedings of the Director of Treasurer and Accounts dated 14.08.2015.
3.The petitioner has made a representation on 20.08.2015 to the Director of Treasurer and Accounts to include her name in the said panel. According to the petitioner, the punishment of censure would have a currency for one year and after one year, she is eligible to be included in the said panel. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to state the crucial date for preparation of the panel. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has sought a limited prayer of disposal of her representation on merits and in accordance with law.

respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2015 seeking to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of Assistant Treasury Officers / Senior Superintendents on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
