The learned Additional Government Pleader stated that the lands have already been surveyed on 10.01.2023 and that the petitioner had also participated and also affixed his signature.

2. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Service Authority of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, for suppressing the fact that survey had already been conducted on 10.01.2023.
