O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent Police to instruct the 2nd and 3rd respondent Police shall not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.According to the Petitioners, the 3rd Respondent has frequently called the Petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the Petitioners' relative namely Mahaprabhu has involved in a job-racketeering case, in order to enquire about him, they have called the Petitioners for enquiry. Apart from that, they have not harassed them.

4.Considering the prayer sought for by the Petitioners and recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police that they have not harassed the Petitioners and only to enquire about the said Mahaprabhu, they have called the Petitioners, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
