RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 27/04/2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5558 of 2021. Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SENTHIL MURUGAN.C., Advocate for the petitioner and MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(crl side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 11.05.2021 and the investigation is almost completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is Government School as Head Master and he is unable to attend his regular work and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
