RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order to suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioner by the Learned Additional District Sessions Judge(Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District dated 06/07/2018 made in S.C.No.69 of 2015 forthwith pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, While admitting the CRL.A., the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.This matter is relating to the offence under Sections 341, 324 IPC and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Property Damage and Loss Act. From the records, it appears that one of the prosecution witness has sustained fracture and property worth about Rs.30,000/- has been damaged and the same has been proved by the prosecution. 3.In the light of the above fact, this Court while suspending substantive sentence of imprisonment, imposes the following conditions:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i)Each of the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the credit of S.C.No.69 of 2015 on the file of the learned Additional District Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District.
