This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.2 to register the First Information Report based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Cr.M.P. No.1151 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Cr.M.P. No.1151 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024, an FIR in Cr.No.104 of 2025 has been registered against the accused persons on 03.04.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stating that in compliance of the order of the learned Magistrate, an FIR has already been registered, this petition stands closed.
