No.6134 of 2021, dated 29.04.2021 in Crime No.332 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MALAIYENDRAN.V., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 12.05.2021.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioners are coolie workers and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
