ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the

Petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2014 and to allow the Petitioner to continue in the post of driver in District TB Control Society, Thanjavur, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer sought in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
